Eat for Good began as Tamales for Good in January 2025 to support an immigrant family in crisis. The community fell in love with Dorlin’s authentic Mexican cooking, and this fundraiser grew into biweekly, sometimes weekly, food fundraisers.

Today, Eat for Good partners with local cooks from different nations who are navigating difficult seasons and using their culinary gifts to support their families. So far, nearly 400 local supporters have enjoyed our food—proving that good food can truly do good.
